Rhythm In Pilates is an organization that specializes in helping clients to attain a rhythmic balance in both Mind and Body. Our clients include corporations, familes and individuals, both local and overseas.


Ensō (円相)

An ensō is a circle that is usually hand-drawn in one uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. The ensō symbolizes absolute enlightenment, strength, elegance, and the void (無).

At RHYTHM, we believe that the best way to attain optimal health is to train both our minds and bodies together. Without a good mental health, our physical self is a mere shell. Without a good physical body, our minds are confined. When you are at your optimal health, your life is happier.


Strength Through Pilates

Our physical body has two big components. One is our bones that form the structures of our body. The other is the muscles that provide the forms and flexibilities for us to function as an abled body. Together, they define the physical strength of an individual.

At RHYTHM, we use Pilates as the primary form of controlled fitness training to increase the strength of our body. With strength, we can improve our mobility, enjoy physical games, and keep diseases such as Arthritis at bay.
